<p>there are a few that will make a huge difference.</p>
<p>Firstly you will be penalized for self voting early on &nbsp;a post. before you could and take the bulk of the curation rewards. Now however it will go back to the rewards pool.</p>
<p>Another change is the timing of normal votes and has been set at the 5 minute mark now so you don't need to wait for the 30 minute period anymore to maximize your curation rewards.</p>
<p>There is a taxation on small votes now so you need to make sure your vote value is high enough so it counts. Basically if you have a hundred SP you need to vote 5% or more in order to count.</p>
<p>New users joining will not be rewarded with a 15 SP loan anymore and will have to pay to cover the cost of the witnesses.</p>
