I have done so in the past, and I had a long-term relationship with her. This was fine until things became tougher.

One problem being with someone from another culture is the differing brands of humour. Any relationship I’m in needs humour to get through tougher times. A lot of humour is lost in translation between culture and language, even with someone who is an English speaker from another part of the planet.

So I wouldn’t rule it out, but I would be a lot more discerning than I was in the past.
