He won't lay down million of steem he holds.</p>\n<p>Now, coming down to you question, for developments a great amount of funds were pre-mined. Suppose, if someone gets nominated as a CEO, what do you think, who will pay for the expenses? Get delegation from community and sell votes? Or post daily and self vote?
