If you really want to reach the highest level of the mind with no thoughts, you have to do it by steps. The first thing to do i guess is to be able to control the thoughts. Instead of letting it flow wild. It is good to practise the art of controlling the thoughts by thinking of a mountain perhaps or other situations. Think of what your going to do in the mountain. Imagine what surrounds the mountain.</p><p>Have soft music playing in the background to increase the relaxation of the mind and before doing a meditation, don't do things that require lots of thoughts and decisions. If you are able to control your mind, it can be an asset as one day if you face any tough situations, you can be in the state of meditation and think of angles of the solution to the problems that others could not have seen.</p><p>Keep it up on your journey of meditating. It is one key skill that we can learn. </p>","appDepth":2,"appParentPermlink":"fkc9etejw","appParentAuthor":"favourpage","musingAppId":"aU2p3C3a8N","musingAppVersion":"1.1","musingPostType":"answer"}"
