Well I'm not entirely sure most short people are short tempered because I know quite a few and they aren't quick tempered at all.

If at all they are short tempered then it's probably because being short comes with a lot of challenges. Society itself is usually one the side of tall people and puts height as an attribute of great value.

Short people tend to get marginalized because of their height, they can't get on certain rides at an amusement park, they can't become models, they can't even join the army of most countries if they're too short. Add to that the fact that they'll probably get picked on by taller people all their lives and that's all because they were unlucky enough to not grow a couple more inches, it's most definitely enough to make them mad all the time.

There's also the problem of having to get help from a taller person each time you need to get something from a high place, things like this can be quite frustrating and is what might just push a short person to become quick tempered.

I must say though, in my experience, I noticed that a quick temper in short people is mainly found in short men and not short women. Height doesn't pose as big a problem for women as it does for men and this is proved by the fact that there's such a thing as "short man complex" and not "short woman complex".

Whatever the case, I think people should lay off the teasing short people though, it's cruel and inconsiderate of their predicament. Everyone is beautiful, whether short or tall.
