I mean it's in the way we train our men, guys are brought up to be less emotional than women and to become bread winners and heads of the house and as such they have more of a say in the family as well as the society than women do.</p><p>Society has taught us that all men cheat and even if this isn't true, there are people out there who truly believe it and spread that belief all over social media where more people can see it. Now a man who's on the verge of cheating on wife will probably tell himself something along the lines of \"I should do it, after all am I not a man\". That statement alone is one of the core reasons why men are forgiven easily for cheating.</p><p>I mean women now enter relationships with the mindset that their boyfriends are going to cheat and that's where the most harm is done because to expect it means that you're ok with it and as such you've indirectly supported infidelity in me. My uncle came down from the US for a couple of days and when he was about to leave the US, his wife out condoms in his pocket because she felt he would cheat. At the end of the day he did cheat and that's because his wife wouldn't trust him and believe that he'd stay faithful.</p><p>Women don't have any of these perks and as such they're looked down on and shunned when they cheat. The traditional view of a woman as a housewife and a mother is what enters the minds of most people and that mindset hasn't changed in a while </p><p>To put it simply, men are easily forgiven because society has made everyone believe that it's ok to be polygamous if your a man but it's the exact opposite of your a woman.</p><p>I hope this helps.</p>","appDepth":2,"appParentPermlink":"fkgtfvfaw","appParentAuthor":"hermannsol","musingAppId":"aU2p3C3a8N","musingAppVersion":"1.1","musingPostType":"answer"}" |
