While feeling negative from time to time is inevitable, I'm always trying to think about those times when things went wrong and I felt like I'm never going to get out of that situation and yet here I am, problems solved and negativity gone. There's always sunshine after the rain.</p><p>The trick is to listen to your mind and not let yourself be much long in that state of mind. Always try to look for solutions, rather than feel sorry for yourself.
