There's only one way to learn programming and that's to start from the basics. </p>\n<p>You need a tutorial that will teach the very basics of the language you want to learn. From your question, it seems you want to learn python to enable you build using Steem(build Steem apps). </p>\n<p>Before you can do that you need to have learnt Python alone as a programming language. Learn about things like variables, data types, arrays, network operations just to name a few. After doing that you would then be confident enough to use it for the purpose you want.</p>\n<p>So my advice will be to take a web development tutorial where they teach HTML, CSS and Python for starters, then take on intermediate-advenced tutorials also. After teaching the basics, they would likely build some projects or you find another tutorial that builds projects to get a better understanding of how projects are built using the language.</p>\n<p>That way you would then be able to understand the concepts that will be discussed in the <em>Steem-Python</em> tutorial because those are likely going to be advanced concepts. Don't be discouraged, it <em><strong>will</strong></em> definitely take some time but <em><strong>you can do it </strong></em>with commitment and hard work.. </p>\n<p><em>Feel free to ask for clarification or any further questions.
