If this community will remain most active, then no matter how small the price of steem is, it will be able to propel at some time. If the community will become active with productive engagement it will attract people from other domains outside steem ecosystem. They may be able to take this community as a serious and productive one. So it the duty of the entire steem community to perform their respective roles, to keep the process correct all the time. The reflection of it will be there in future, as that will fundamentally add value. When the fundamental value becomes stronger then more investor will come and join this ecosystem. That can further boost the price of steem.</p>\n<p>Considering the reward pool of steem ecosystem, the reward system is from inflation based structure, so whatever reward is being given to authors, curators and block producers etc, that is within the inflation which is right now sits at 9% per year roughly. So as long as the investment is more than the inflation, it should do fine and it can be sustainable. But in reality, the investment is really big as compared to the inflation. That is why we saw steem price at a high of 8 usd last year. So if the investors will pull off then the price will crush like anything which is exactly the current state of steem. So the best option for this community is to make such an environment where the investor will always feel good regardless of the external factors.</p>\n<p>If every actor in this community can perform the role, then the spam, abuse & plagiarize will be subsided significantly and with more dapps now in the steem ecosystem, a social blogger will have more options too to choose his/her interest of social blogging. So let's keep the process correct and if that will happen the community will evolve as a more stronger community and more active community too, which can definitely attract investment and the ecosystem will become more sustainable.</p>","appDepth":2,"appParentPermlink":"pk6um8faq","appParentAuthor":"funtraveller","musingAppId":"aU2p3C3a8N","musingAppVersion":"1.1","musingPostType":"answer"}" |
