Too much motivation is like having a lot of knowledge but never applying them.</p><p>I have come to discovered that people with a lot of books on motivation rarely do much. Always looking for motivation is subconsciously lazy way of not doing something. There is this feeling of this is not the perfect time or preparing for a perfect time that comes with too much motivation.</p><p>Achievers get things started with whatever motivation or resources they have at their disposal and learn the rest on the job. This is one reason they fail more than other people but also have more successes and experiences in their bags.</p><p>Motivation is never the main key to success. You need a lot of gut, courage and determination that is already there for you to dig. Motivation is just that spark that get things started but you don't need to accumulate a whole lot to get the fire started. </p><p>We will always discover some new phrases, wordplays and so on in books of motivation that bring silent whisper of wow in those books on motivation, it makes us feel we have seen a new light and will like to read more to see more light and be well prepared.</p><p>High dose of motivation does not guarantee success, success comes with doing and not without challenges.
