I am 'guilty' of that ( I am still 'guilty' with this answer). There is this notion musing gives high percentage upvotes to long answers.</p>\n<p>So we can't really blame anyone for trying to get high upvote by giving a well detailed answers. But most times those long answers are rehashing and twisting whatever has been said in the first or second paragraph.</p>\n<p>I know some answers require listing your points and explaining them. But I really wish we can keep it simple and give more concise answers.
