You need to know that the other person can be trusted no matter what. It doesn't matter if it is a business or personal partner but trust is the key.</p>\n<p>You have to know deep down that you have each others backs no matter what. It is all about looking out for each other.Knowing each other well enough so if one is down you can inspire that person and encourage them to succeed. keeping their morale high at all times.</p>\n<p>Commitment is important as you have both a vested interest in the relationship making it work. if one isn't serious and as committed as the other one things could come apart. </p>\n<p>You have to have a passion and love for what you are doing. A want to succeed together and make it all happen. You need to compliment each other with various skills that combine to make a strong partnership.</p>\n<p>Integrity is also highly import and and the person needs to be accountable for their actions. Someone who cares as much as you do about the success and will own up to an error and not blame other influences.</p>\n<p>Everything else is a bonus really and businesses and personal partnerships that work well are the foundations of success.</p>","appDepth":2,"appParentPermlink":"p37flc2dx","appParentAuthor":"gungunkrishu","musingAppId":"aU2p3C3a8N","musingAppVersion":"1.1","musingPostType":"answer"}" |
