This is the first and foremost important thing to find peace within yourself.</p>\n<p>Peace does not mean sitting in a quite place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work. Peace in its simple terms means to be calm in your heart. When you are at peace you feel relaxed, tension free and is not bothered about future. You are just calm and still whatever the situation may be. </p>\n<p>So, if you are in any of these situations i.e. tension free not bothered for anything and calm at your heart than you are at <strong>true peace with yourself</strong>. </p>\n<p>I, know it is rather very difficult to be at peace inside and believe me there are people who are at peace within themselves. I, would further like to share some pointers that should be helpful get that peace of state in yourself.</p>\n<p> <strong>Participation is the key</strong> – get involved and encourage others to be involved in any community-building activities. This, will give you the happiness that you are helping and encouraging others and the needy ones.</p>\n<p><strong>Empathy</strong> – try to listen to others point of view and understand diverse perspective to create a sense of belonging for all. The more you are connected to others the better it gets for you. </p>\n<p><strong>Make Mediation your friend </strong>– try mediating daily, start with 1 minute and you will start seeing good results in a month or two. You, will see how you have change as a person and your thought process also changes – you start seeing things from different perspectives as well</p>\n<p><strong>Practice gratitude </strong>– be thankful to what you have and thank people around if they have helped you.
