I would say mediation - a skill that has changed my life. Mediation is an art as well as a skill that you will learn with a lot of practice and patience. Ever since I started to learn meditation things have changes in my life. I've started seeing things from a different perspective and when you see that you notice a difference i.e. you are at peace all the time. </p>\n<p>Let me give you an example as to how things shifted when I started meditating. Early I use to rush for things - oh god I'm getting late what to do, what will happen and so. But now I don't feel that rush in my mind - things are at peace as I know nothings gonna happen if I'm a bit late. It's just that rush in you creates a chaotic environment leading to more trouble. The mediation has taught me to be cool and calm - whatever the situation is. The situation occurs good or bad but they are not going to be there for all the time. If in your life you are going through bad times do not worry and panic. Just things that this bad time goes its a part and parcel of our life. Where it is good there is bad. So let's face it and it will be gone soon.</p>\n<p>There have been so wonderful experiences ever since I've started meditating and it has changed my life drastically in every aspect. </p>\n<p>I've become a whole new person which is always willing to provide support and help - ready to go that extra mile if required. Most importantly I've become more of a happy person seeing positive sides of life and being grateful for it. Also, it did lead me to believe in gratitude - experienced its powers and finally there is nothing more important than You yourself - so be happy and spread the happiness around.</p>","appDepth":2,"appParentPermlink":"fkad8r485","appParentAuthor":"tabontabon","musingAppId":"aU2p3C3a8N","musingAppVersion":"1.1","musingPostType":"answer"}" |
