I think it would be impossible to read them all, due to how many there are.
\n
The reasons why I read them might differ a little from others. While some of it has to do with gaining knowledge and information, most of it is to see whether or not the folks who have answered the question did so satisfactorily. In other words, is there room for me to answer, too? If so, I do it. If not, I go on to the next question and see what's been answered there.
\n
I also read the answers to see if I want to upvote them. I manual curate on musing just as I do elsewhere. So, questions I answer get an upvote and answers I believe to be good get my upvote.
\n
Beyond the question, I haven't seen a lot of interaction on musing. Occasionally, someone will comment on answer I've given, but by and large, the interaction is with the question, not with the one who made it, or for that matter, those who answer it.
\n
I'm not entirely sure why that is, other than this is a question and answer forum, and so far, it seems, most are left to provide their answer without too much debate, rebuttal, or discussion.
\n
It is kind of odd, too, since comments on Steemit, which can be just as lengthy and in a sense, an answer, or certainly an opinion, much like what musing invokes, will get all kinds of people interacting. I think, though, that is mostly because musing is still in its early stages and it will take more people using the platform.
\n
I know I need to do a better job of commenting on people's answers, rather than just coming up with my own answer. Sometimes, it feels like I am answering others who have answered with my own, but that doesn't create interaction with the person who answered since the only person who will see it as a reply is the one who asked the question.
\n
As far as getting more interaction goes, I believe those of us who are conscious of it need to engage. We need to lead out. Eventually, it will snowball as others participate. As far as upvoting goes, I think it's a matter of letting people know that there's a higher percentage of curation reward to be had if it's done prior to the musing upvote, which means people need to read answers and engage.
","appDepth":2,"appParentPermlink":"pkttu5ysw","appParentAuthor":"hansdewet","musingAppId":"aU2p3C3a8N","musingAppVersion":"1.1","musingPostType":"answer"}"

Thanks for you very complete answer. I agree with you about us leading the way. Although interactions should not be necessary. It does feel good that people read our posts that take a few minutes to write.

I use [@partiko](https://steemit.com/@partiko) and then I try to reply to comments on my questions/answers that I get via notification section.

Hey, @hansdewet.

It does feel good to know that someone is reading your answers, posts, comments, etc., other than musing's curators. :)

I'm on a computer all day, so answering is easier for me than it would be on a phone where I'm trying to thumb in text. I know there are many who use their phone for this, though, so we'll see how that affects a lot of what we do on STEEM as more and more take advantage of the keyboard and screen provided on their phones.
