I could always get the haircut I wanted at a convenient time.
\n

\nWhen I moved to the city, it was more complicated. barbershops were always crowded and there were long lines to get a cut. That made me get haircuts here and there depending on where I could get it done. In Venezuela we do not have the tradition of maiking appointments for a haircut, that complicates things.
\n

\nMy hair does not require much, though. So, I have been able to get the same haircut from several barbers. When I need a haircut, I just walk the streets and stop at the place that has less customers or no customers at all.
\n

\nSome barbers have proved bad, though. Sometimes they are too rude, sometimes it is just the hygine or lack of it in the place. Most barbers in Venezuela at the moment are very young men with rather agressive looks. Usually their places are surrounded by kids you don't want to meet in a lonely street, so sometimes I have to get picky and discard some places for future references. But, for the most part, any place will do, given the current circumstances.
","appDepth":2,"appParentPermlink":"pkxjeg2yq","appParentAuthor":"citimillz","musingAppId":"aU2p3C3a8N","musingAppVersion":"1.1","musingPostType":"answer"}" |
