What can be used to develop a blockchain without being a tech guru ?

<p>Almost all of the software to create a basic blockchain is open source and you can hire someone to customize the features you want. However, you want someone who knows what they are doing to maintain the blockchain to keep it secure and to respond to any attacks on the blockchain.</p>
