The following best thing is who throws the upvotes, which I expectation will give some sign with respect to why. </p><p>All reasons I can consider don't sound especially persuading: </p><p>Individuals are sufficiently inept to really discover such inquiries great </p><p>Sock puppetry (IMO far-fetched if the fundamental record has just 1 rep) </p><p>Some misinformed endeavor at encouragement...? </p><p>Mis-clicks, daze upvoting binge, ...? </p><p>Presently, I'm searching for a few information on upvotes on "frightful" questions.
