Thanks for asking this question as I know it has bother a lot of people.</p><p>Leadership is not based on age, someone may be too old and may not be a leader. This has get many people wrong as many people believe as a leader, you must be older in age than your followers which is not just supposed to be.</p><p>Leadership is by maturity and the display of having good leadership skills and characteristics. If a leader have the good attributes of a good leader, he or she should be chosen irrespective of his or her age. He or she should be made the leader.
