They will be able to hand out resource credits using the tokens..The reward system in those communities will be governed by the tokens that they receive. These tokens will have value against steem.</p>\n<p>These communities can have their own mini economies and workout how they will reward their own members. They will be a totally different economy governing themselves.</p>\n<p>You may find their will be a photography token for instance and is a popular site and grows quite large. The busier the site is and the more rewards being created the stronger the token will become.</p>\n<p>These communities will be able to manage and govern their own users .
