Some people already have learnt some leadership attributes since when they are little and so this made people to think they are born leader which is wrong.</p><p>Likewise others need to be teacher and learnt about the leadership attributes or skills and when they allow themselves to be developed in the leadership learning school, they also become a leader even though they are not born leader or they were not able to learn the leadership attributes since when they are little.</p><p>So to me, I don't agree that leaders are born.
