Not really sure what people can get on a single photography post. :)
\n
Now compare that to the posts that are mostly being boosted right now: giveaway contest posts and delegation giveaways.
\n
I still do think that most of these users are just trying to have a legitimate excuse to use bidbots to an insane level but it's a fact that posts like this are the one that needs visibility so that newbies/planktons on the platform can see the post and participate.
\n
So yeah more or less I'm with you on this. I think they are fine as long as they are somewhat controlled. Personally for me, posts that are promoted over $20+ are already users who are trying to abuse the system. I mean if the topic of your post is say \"gaming\", a $20+ bid already guarantees you a spot at the Trending section for that tag so why need to boost it more?
","appDepth":2,"appParentPermlink":"fk6zg5ysw","appParentAuthor":"cryptoandcoffee","musingAppId":"aU2p3C3a8N","musingAppVersion":"1.1","musingPostType":"answer"}" |
