A vegan diet definitely help one to reduce some excess weight (assuming it is accompanied by a decent amount of physical activity or exercise)</li>\n <li><strong>Lower Blood Sugar Level</strong> - It is no hidden fact that meat contains a lot of cholesterol and fats.
