json_metadata | "{"app":"Musing","appTags":["Education"],"appCategory":"Education","appTitle":"Why is mathematics a difficult subject for many students?","appBody":"<p>Mathematics is a subject that deals with processes, it comes in Various stages and it's intertwined as well, for you to solve simple word problems you will need to know the formulae of (BODMAS) it's like saying (2+2) +5-2 this kinds of word sum problem requires following rules and when you don't know the rules to follow you may never get the answer.</p><p>Mathematics is a compulsory science that needs formulas to solve any sum unlike other subjects, where you can basically start learning from the either low school, high school, or varsity and still catch up with the topics, for examples Agricultural science is different from mathematics because the topics are losely taught but in mathematics the topics are intertwining from kindergarten level to anywhere and that's one big reason why it's difficult for many students.</p><p>Another reason is that mathematics require totally concentration and constant studying to master it, however most students are too lazy, they do not pay attention and just one lapse of lack of concentration they will lose total understanding and have to start again.</p><p>Another reason is not having a teacher who is good enough; in my state we have half baked teachers who are only interested in the money and their nonchalant attitude and tactical ineptitude makes it difficult to inculcate a complicating subject into students because they're not capable enough.</p>","appDepth":2,"appParentPermlink":"p3q355dd5","appParentAuthor":"baturebature","musingAppId":"aU2p3C3a8N","musingAppVersion":"1.1","musingPostType":"answer"}" |
