Also, why?","appBody":"<p>I think working in a business or firm owned by a member of your family sometimes doesn't go well and the reason is because there will be clashes in interests, goals and objectives and the family company or firm will deteriorate, <em><strong>they're your family and working with them maybe unproductive because of clash of opinion, desires, fight for leadership role, or expectations sometimes ruins family members and may even put the business in jeopardy.</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Apart from this, working for one's family can cause over familiarity which can bring unprofessionalism and when there is unprofessionalism there is bound to be indiscipline which will definitely be bad for the business</strong></em> working for family at times is always sentimental it will be difficult to make the best calls or bring out the best from someone because believe me when people are emotional it is always difficult for them to make the best decisions for businesses or any other decision that is why in the hospitals doctors are not allowed to operate on their children.</p>\n<p><em><strong>So this is the reason why I will choose to work for an individual outside, elsewhere or in another firm which I have no family affiliate with because when you do it will give you a chance to build your own life</strong></em> without the support of your family and you are going to develop because your bosses and other supervisors will bring out the best in you and you on the other hand will work very hard so as to get promoted or incentives.</p>\n<p><em><strong>However, when you work in your family business or firm you will definitely not be able to see your best because you wouldn't want to grow among people who are already familiar with</strong></em> you it would seem as if you have no point to prove which can be very detrimental to family business and also personal growth.
