For example sometimes 4 years ago the country Nigeria was ravaged by boko haram but the government actually did not get any external help by confederal organisations such as united nations and even with the amount of people that was killed they were not involved this is because the country in question sometimes do not want external organisations to actually oversee their countries and as a result of this they selfishly allow people to die.
\n

\n
SITUATION WHEN AFFECTED COUNTRIES AREN'T HER MEMBER;
\n
Organisations like the united nations who are confederal government actually has an objective towards only their members. It is not as if they are closing their membership. Countries have a choice to join confederal government such as united nation or even other organisations so when it comes to times of crisis and war these organisations can only intervene in the situations of their member states and cannot go beyond their jurisdiction to states who are actually not their members because it is unconstitutional and this is an infringement on the sovereignty of a country who isn't actually a member of the united nations.
\n
IN CONCLUSIONS; there are so many reasons as to why it is always difficult for the united nation to intervene in cases before they step in and this can also include things like state of emergency or the kind of constitution used by the countries sometimes it can also be as a result of the system of government being practiced as well or the leaders of these countries and nations in particular, there could also be some other factors that I may not know. However what I want you to know is that the united nation are always concerned and intervenes just that in most situations they are always stumbling blocks and setbacks
","appDepth":2,"appParentPermlink":"pksj5mecq","appParentAuthor":"hermannsol","musingAppId":"aU2p3C3a8N","musingAppVersion":"1.1","musingPostType":"answer"}" |
