There seems to be no reason for me to cheerful, even whenever I try to smile it was like I still needed to frown and be angry at my failures in life.</p>\n<p>However after a while I realised being unhappy kills but being cheerful Is divine, I realized that chasing too much at things like degree, job, marital success will never be possible if you do not have good health and life to enjoy them.</p>\n<p>I realised that not being cheerful will not solve my problems but it will keep me busy thinking of negative things that may cause or bring hypertension, advanced level of mental stress, dwelling on my failures instead of moving ahead it can also cause me stroke and will definitely keep me in the hospital for a very long time all because I refused to put my problems behind me and stay cheerful and happy.</p>\n<p>Life can be very short it only takes one moment to die and I definitely do not want to die a very sad and lonely person, if I'm going to die, I'd rather die a very happy and cheerful person, because no matter how we chose to gloom in life it can never change life situations, it only limits one's life span and trust me if you visit a hospital and see the pain and sufferings there, you'll be inclined to become cheerful for the rest of your life and this is my story.
