json_metadata | "{"app":"Musing","appTags":["life","health","peace"],"appCategory":"life","appBody":"<p>Well this one is a bit tricky however in my experience confrontations can not totally or 100% be avoided completely as long as you go to a working place, live in public houses, stay on a bus with people, walk along the road where there are crowded people, live in a hostel, in a boarding school where there are bullies or stay in a prison where there are thugs and hooligans as inmates.All these are exactly the things that are conductor of confrontation. </p>\n<p><strong>The thinng is that one way to limit confrontations is that you HAVE TO FACE IT (CONFRONTATION)</strong> when I say face it, what I mean is that you need to tackle it in order to eradicate it for example when you're in constant confrontation with someone who just likes to pick a fight with you because they just feel like it, you need to stand up to such people so that they will stay away from you and reduce the altercations as a result of your facing it, you may have totally avoided it, (the best form of defence is attack)</p>\n<p>Another thing is always avoid situation that may lead to confrontations; <strong>for examples don't engage in arguments with people who are hot tempered or violent, always take precautions when you're talking with people. Keep your emotions in check when talking to repulsive and abusive people</strong> like maybe bosses at work or coworkers if possible stay away from them totally.
