Moreover, nap can be considered as sleep, although it is just for a short period of time, let’s say around 20 minutes; taking nap is very beneficial since it relaxes the mind and improves the critical thinking and productivity of a person.</p><p>Lastly, I will never desire for a life that lacks sleep.
