Steemit is a unique network, clearly the first mover in terms of being a decentralized social media blockchain. And with few users, it still hasn't achieved its full potential network effect. Once enough users are there, sub groups like reddit, corporate tie-ups etc, ads will be super useful revenue source, all paid via steem or sbd. Also, the dapps being built on the steem blockchain, will add further to that network effect. Look at steemhunt for example, which aims to be something like kickstarter and product review platform. That is a great feature on the steem blockchain. So steemit will sustain in the long run. </p>\n<p>The crypto winter is affecting everyone but I think with patience, we will get through this.
