Once you're dead, you're pretty much dead, as dead as it gets.</p><p>I think aids is not the most deadly. Currently there are ways to deal with aids and live a long enough life even after contacting the hiv virus. Cancer is surely more deadly. Chemotherapy is extremely tough and takes a toll on the body. Also the life of someone suffering from terminal cancer can be extremely difficult and painful. </p><p>I think any disease that has no cure is primarily tough mentally, because you know your life has been cut short.
