When people delegate work they could do themselves so much so that they don't do anything.</p>\n<p>I will hardly ever delegate as if work is there and I can do it I will. By doing it yourself you are hands on and earn the respect of others around you. i get frustrated when I see managers delegating work they should be doing and have started to speak up.</p>\n<p>Some staff don't mind as they are learning new tasks which is good but not to the point that some people are doing no work. I have realized it is happening in most companies and the managers are stupid and lazy. They are being shortsighted as they are the ones who will be worked out of a job if they carry on. </p>\n<p>Why would I pay a manager if he/she delegates their work to a colleague anyway. I don't need them at the end of the day. I am hands on and when others are not hands on it shows me a lack of caring.
