Can a 16 years old boy get a car loan?

<p>In Nigeria, no because he is not up to a legal age, not working and cannot afford to pay back the loan.  Even if he is working which is most unlikely in my country he doesn't have the means of identification as he is not yet 18 and still under his parental guidance and so can't get a car loan..</p><p>I don't know about other countries.</p>
