Whether your daily activities are dominated by sitting typing on a computer all day, recommends that you exercise with a total duration every week and move actively to tighten the muscles at least two days a week. Choose fun activities as healthy physical activities. For example, walking before lunch.</p><p>Record the food you consume</p><p>If you have weight problems or unhealthy eating habits, then you may need to record all the food consumed from day to day. This note is useful for awakening yourself and perhaps as a reminder to reduce it, in order to maintain a healthier body. <p>Every living creature, especially humans, wants health both physically and spiritually. Everyone does not want an illness. However, when required to live a healthy lifestyle that is right, many cannot and choose to avenge themselves.</p><p>1.Exercise diligently</p><p>Maybe for some people, exercise activities cannot be done because of very limited free time aka super busy. But we realize that exercise does not have to be done by going to the gym regularly, making a swimming schedule every weekend or jogging every morning.</p><p>Exercise activities can be made flexible and simple, because the most important thing is our body moves every day. For example for those of you workers who sit in the office all day, can walk from their place of residence to the office or ride a bicycle (if the distance is not far away), occasionally do excercise with simple movements in your office, reduce the use of lifts but occasionally you can use emergency stairs.</p><p>The point is, get used to your body to be active, not just sit, let alone lie down, yeah guys!</p><p>2. Provide a healthy food stock in the refrigerator</p><p>"I'm a busy person," the sentence can't be used as an excuse to consume more junk food. Try to spend a little time during the weekend to shop for fresh vegetables and fruit for stock for one week. For example, you can save pieces of fresh fruit in the refrigerator, so that when you get home from work you just enjoy it.</p><p>3. Always provide milk or fruit juice in the refrigerator</p><p>Again you have to consume something that can make you healthy. You can provide milk and fresh fruit juice for stock for a week, so that every day you get enough nutrition as a workaholic. You can drink milk in the morning at breakfast while you can drink juice when you go home from work or even at breakfast.</p><p>4. Don't be proud or lazy to drink bottles everywhere!</p><p>Everywhere excessive prestige won't help you, believe it! For example, the prestige of bottle-drinking pots everywhere, for your own health. Besides that, it is so busy that sometimes we ignore the need for drinking, even though according to the institute of medicine's food and nutrition board the name adults must drink as much as 2.6 liters of water (for women) and 3.7 liters (for men) per day.</p><p>Did you know that drinking water according to standards will provide many benefits for your body's health. So from now on, provide a drink bottle wherever you go.</p><p>5. Quality sleep</p><p>Adults need to sleep an average of 8-9 hours per day, but sometimes workaholicboro-boro sleeps 8-9 hours per day. Usually not even sleep during bedtime. Besides that, if you have been sleeping for 8-9 hours, it is not necessarily guaranteed that you are fit again, because sometimes we experience sleep that is not or less quality.</p><p>Therefore, if your time is not enough to meet your ideal sleep time, try to get your sleep quality so that when you have to work again you don't drop yes guys. But you should try to sleep according to the portion.</p><p>6. Don't frequent the night</p><p>In the past, the names of rheumatism and gout were only the property of parents, but now many of you know who are young, uh, have had rheumatism with gout. To prevent the disease, make it a habit to not often take a night bath especially let alone late night because it can trigger rheumatic diseases, gout and others. <p>Everyone wants to live a healthy life. People hates to be sick and unhappy. So what is the basic to live a healthy life. To live a health life it's mandatory to follow a routine in everyday life. In early ages people had longevity because they were used to follow routine. They had not too many modern stuffs in their life but they had peace. They had no gadgets and social medias to waste time and that's why their life was simple and sound.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Though we have lots of stuffs to do in this paced modern life, still we can follow a good routine to live healthy life.&nbsp;</p>
<p>First rules of a healthy life is "Early to bed and early to rise". That was the key of our grandfathers. A healthy person always want to wake up at 5:30 -6:00 AM. After waking up early have a morning walk at least for 1 hour. Then take breakfast that is rich with every ideal nutrition. Then go for your daily work. Take your lunch in time. In the afternoon don't go for nap. You can pass your time by doing house hold stuffs. If you are in office or business the do your job. On the evening do some gardening if you have. Or you can have some quality time playing with your children or pets. When night is there then you can have your entertainments like watching TV, playing games or doing social networking and other stuffs till the dinner time. At dinner take lite dinner. Your food habit should be " Breakfast like a King, Lunch like a Queen and dinner like a Beggar". After dinner take a walk for 20 minutes inside home then go for the sleep early. You should not stay awaken after 11 PM.</p>
<p>Again the Rhyme for everyone.</p>
