It has to effect your mental thoughts on a particular race and it would be damaging. When it is something you see all the time it will change how you feel and think.</p>\n<p>We experience it regularly in South Africa these days and it is black on white. Just yesterday an official was filmed having a go about whites and how he hated them. It is on you tube and has gone viral. Hopefully he will lose his job and be cast aside by society.</p>\n<p>Hatred and racism are the same thing and there is no place for this in our society today. The cumulative effect on mental health is also high on ethnic minorities on account of racial discrimination.</p>\n<p>The previous exposure to racial discrimination over the life course, or awareness of racial discrimination experienced by others, can continue to affect the mental health of ethnic minority people, even after the initial exposure to racial discrimination.</p>\n<p>Therefore racial discrimination is harmful to the health of ethnic minorities. The more racism ethnic minority people experience, the more psychological distress they suffer from. Therefore in the era of science, people should do away from the racist attack on others and the sense of acceptance and oneness can make this world beautiful where everyone can live respectfully, peacefully.</p>","appDepth":2,"appParentPermlink":"fknpsrynw","appParentAuthor":"littymumma","musingAppId":"aU2p3C3a8N","musingAppVersion":"1.1","musingPostType":"answer"}" |
