json_metadata | "{"app":"Musing","appTags":["life","Society","laws",""],"appCategory":"life","appTitle":"What do you think about legalizing the death penalty in all countries? ?","appBody":"<p>This is a pretty hard question and it's an issue worldwide. </p><p>People from safe and advanced countries tend to be against the death penalty more often than not because they don't experience high crime rates and for humanitarian reasons. </p><p>On the other hand people from places with high crime rates tend to be more in favor of this measure because they see it as a way to discourage criminals. </p><p>I am in favor of some sort of death penalty but it would be pretty hard to implement because dictators and politicians alike could start using it as a means to get rid of opposition or minorities. </p><p>In my opinion the best way to implement it would be that if a person kills another person willingly, the death penalty should be applied, of course accidental manslaughter would not count but as you can see this can be easily used as a weapon against innocents if the country doesn't have a strong justice system. It could be applied to other things too like rape, but with the high amount of fake rape claims I find this highly unlikely.</p>","appDepth":2,"appParentPermlink":"pkw39zhl5","appParentAuthor":"nancybriti","musingAppId":"aU2p3C3a8N","musingAppVersion":"1.1","musingPostType":"answer"}" |
