Veterans who are experienced here would be able to answer all sorts of doubts that newbies would face. The most important question would be how to start to earn Steem more consistently and so on.</p><p>Having veterans here shows that the steem dapps can be a great place to be. Imagine no user increase and user sustained in a platform and users leaving. That won't be something that newer users would be glad to see. I guess many new users are here because they have known someone who uses this platform. I was here months ago because my sister had a friend who was a full time steemian telling about how great this platform was.</p><p>One of the important things also to emphasize to new steemian is to focus on quality rather than getting money. Money is something which comes with dedication and everyone would notice the work we put if we work hard enough and just do things that are gonna impress. What do you think is the best approach of old timers to the Steemit new comers of 2019?

<p>Thanks for your feedback. Very helpful. I have to agree, to introduce Dapps that might be a their interest is a good approach, so even if It didn't meet their expectation when it comes to rewards at least they enjoy using the Dapp since it helped them in anyway.</p>

Hi hi yea. Many new steemian who come in if we told them that it was good earnings, then they would expect to earn lots of cash quick but maybe it turns out they don't earn a lot. Then they give up.
