Some of these sports which are a mix of genders would be beneficial to them too. Joining sports not only strengthen a child's mind but also the mind and body connection.

For the boys

I would highly recommend a few type of sports for boys. If e sports can be counted, e sports would be one. Even though I know many parents object it if their kids play esports, some kids are not born physically strong in those other rougher sports. Esports requires team work, mental determination and a lot of thinking. They also undergo training that is just right for them in terms of workouts which are different as compared to other areas.

Basketball, soccer, rugby

Bastketball is one game that requires a sharp mind and Grit. The training itself is tough enough what not to say competing in a state level game or even be in a national team. These sports require constant persistence and never giving up attitude in order to succeed.

There are a lot more but these are some.

For girls

Volleyball - girls are good at communication and team work. Volleyball is a moderately physically intense game which doesnt require that much body strength but more of the mental preparation.

There are many things to do to win the game some being a tough training.

Sports are important to really increase any kids sharpness and usage of their motor neurons. It gives them a better sense of belonging that would one day help them in their future networking skills. Good team players would one day be good
","appDepth":2,"appParentPermlink":"pk69p589x","appParentAuthor":"amazingwoman","musingAppId":"aU2p3C3a8N","musingAppVersion":"1.1","musingPostType":"answer"}"
