I have done that and see the value of my wallet grow. It also depends on what areas you are good at. If investing it in the activities mentioned would get you more cryptos, then go ahead. </p>\n<p>I am anticipating in a short rally next year for the cryptos I am accumulating to buy plane tickets. It would be great to earn my plane tickets using Steem. If not just cash it out using an exchange and then use it to invest into the stock markets or ETFs that have solid reputations. The good side of crypto drops or price drops is to ensure that there are still those who are interested to get in the plane before it flies again. Stocks have it's up and downs to make sure that everyone could participate in the game. </p>\n<p>If you need cash, just cash it out and reward yourself with something. It is a good motivation boost if you have a reward for all those hardwork that you have done here to participate in the steem dapps and networks. I don't really use any faucets nowadays.
