Then that's the time for me to do the mental tasks and work on my creative output.</p><p>At night, I also feel that's more peaceful unlike during the day. And so, there are times that I have postpone a task until night time which o feel most effective when working. And with that, I normally find myself pushing more of my tasks later which makes me less active during daytime.</p><p>Lastly, maybe I'm not really a morning person especially for exercise. In the morning, I just want a slow phase movement, I really don't have the urge to push myself and do heavy lifting or intense cardio exercise. But at later hours, I actually feel more excited for my workout.</p><p>So I guess that's about it, based on my excitement to do things at night, I feel that I'm a night owl as well.
