What would happen to a steemit account that powers down all the steempower?

<p>Since Steem Power is your stake on the blockchain, powering down will effectively remove value from your upvote, you will lose any possible curation rewards from voting, and currently you will suffer bandwidth issues with minimal stake, but the HF20 is supposed to implement a new system in regards to the bandwidth issue, so that will likely be less of a problem soon.</p>
<p>Really, not much happens, you just have no vote value, and won't make any curation.&nbsp;</p>
