Apparently if put in captivity you could even breed dogs with wolves and coyotes. There are certain breeds that due to small genetic incompatibilities that would make it harder. Beagles and Irish setters to name one apparently. I did a bit of further reading and from what i could see a dog that large trying to impregnate a dog that small might have physical issues - the litter would probably be too large for the mother but if one were determined to do so they could deliver the pups by c section but then there's a whole moral thing of why do it? what purpose would the breed serve other than being distinctive?</p>\n<p>Sorry i couldn't categorically answer your question but I would think the answer is yes with a but.....</p>","appDepth":2,"appParentPermlink":"f3lecuymq","appParentAuthor":"francistagbo","musingAppId":"aU2p3C3a8N","musingAppVersion":"1.1","musingPostType":"answer"}" |
