Those are very well prevalent since long. That is why the HF21 is probably switching to 50:50 split of payout so that the liquid steem generation can be checked to significant extent. <strong>If the mining or earning of tokens will be easy then the price will also be on a lower level and if the earning of steem will be difficult then the price will definitely be better</strong>.
