<p>I believe that relaxing is very good for my physcial health same way it is also good for the mental health </p><p>too,though i do get very busy during weekdays but i still </p><p>also try my best to make sure that i relax during the weekends and i have some favourite way which i love to </p><p>and some of the ways i relax is by first going to the </p><p>cinema to watch a lovely interesting movie,i love movies alot so whenever i go to the cinema to watch a movie i do love the experience and i feel relaxed whenever i am </p><p>at the cinema,another way i love to relax is by going to the swimming pool to swim,i love the way i feel relaxed </p><p>whenever i am inside the pool especially when i am sitting beside the pool after a long period of </p><p>swimming,swimming makes me feel relaxed and comfortable,,,then reading of romance novels or any interesting novels also makes me feel relaxed...</p>
