I drink enough water daily ,i make sure that i drink at least four cups of water daily because water is very important to the human body and a body that lacks water will definitely have health issues

Water is good for the body and also we need to understand that the body itself consist of more than fourty percentage of water so that means water is very important to the body system

We should also make sure that whenever we want to drink watee we should drink a clean water because drinking a dirty water is very dangerous to the body
