Well basically I think Curtwriter already said everything. But one point I want to include is that it's a win win situation. The askers get rewarded by getting the answers to their questions. The people who invest time to answer the questions are rewarded via votes. If some people are only posting questions because of the rewards and not because they really want to know an answer to their question, than I'm doubting it's the right motivation to be on this platform :)
