So I have asked this question at least hundred times. Form my opinion interviewers asked to see your long term goal, your life plan, passion for the job and so on.</p>\n<p>So you can make a list how you will answer that question. I can give you some tips.-</p>\n<p>1. Try to focus on the career related goal. If you go for a interview in a Bank, try to give the answer related to its career future. If you go for a corporate job, then must try to relate to it.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>2. Do not give your personal life goal like- I wanna go abroad for a better future.</p>\n<p>3. Keep your answer general. Do not relate much to the company where you gone for a interview. It will show them that, you are open to other options in your life. Which is good.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>4. Try to give long term career but do not over flood things. Like do not say you see yourself as a manager in five years.</p>\n<p>5. Show your enthusiasm. Try to answer like you are looking for not only a job or promotion in career, rather looking for developing yourself, looking for improving your efficiency and effectiveness.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>6. Do not get nervous. Try to answer confidently and optimistically. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p>7. make it clear. Don't say that you do not think about it or you are planning to think it.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>8. Do not be too specific. Like I would be the VP of certain company.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>9. Do not include your personal choice. Like do not say I do not like 9-5 job, I would start my own business.</p>\n<p>10. Finally try to write down what you really feels you what to see yourself in future and practice it.</p>\n<p>You can practice the answer in front of mirror, camera, family members or in front of friends. Remember as it is a general question and asked frequently so try to make yourself well prepared. From one of this good answer, interviewer can change their mind and could select you. I have seen that.
