May it be traffic challenge we face daily in order to reach office in time or may it be the work challenges or life challenges - we are surrounded by all sort of challenges in our lives. </p>\n<p>There could be numerous challenges a Business manager could be facing and some of them are outlined as follows:-</p>\n<p>- <strong>Sales number are declining</strong> - when it comes to the sales numbers and if those numbers are showing a downtrend then it could be a problem for the business and as well as the business manager. The business manager needs to drill down to the information as to why this drastic change in sales number has happened and what measures can be taken to get back on track. Prepare a plan and then share all the details to get well with senior exceutive and other staff members of the organization.</p>\n<p>- <strong>Customer complaints are consistently rising</strong> - it could be challenging for the business manager when there is a large number of complaints being reported by the customers. Handling these issues takes a lot of time and most part of the day goes into solving them and as a result, the business manager cannot focus on the growth plans. Therefore for a business to succeed we should have high-quality products which are robust and less prone to failure. This would mean a  higher customer satisfaction rate, fewer complaints and more time to focus on other innovative methods to capture the market.</p>\n<p>- <strong>shortage of product in the store</strong> - there could be a scenario where there is a heavy demand for products and currently due to its none-avliablity of the product in the store it could become a challenge for the business manager to handle this kind of a situation. Customers would be just bombarding on him or her with all sorts of questions as to why, how etc.. considering the scenario and the heated discussions between the customer and the business manager things can affect the business in a long-term as well i.e. loosing on the customer with other alternative product. Hence the manager has to tackle the situation very efficiently without affecting the companies name and brand value.</p>\n<p>These were the top three challenges that I think the business manager could face during his work. There could be others as well and would depend upon the situation to situation and some of the other challenges could be- </p>\n<p>the shortage of funds to pay to the creditors.</p>\n<p>staff quarrels and concerns</p>\n<p>product quality issue</p>\n<p>stiff competition  And much more.</p>","appDepth":2,"appParentPermlink":"pkazqu285","appParentAuthor":"namasico","musingAppId":"aU2p3C3a8N","musingAppVersion":"1.1","musingPostType":"answer"}"
