When a person gets very addicted to eating junk food like chips, processed cookies, coloured candies and all sorts of the junk food that we see on the rows at the supermarket. If a person is extremely addicted to eating junk food is that it causes obesity which leads to other different illness. Obesity leads to many critical illness that affect the heart, cause the artery lumens to clog up with fats and lipids and also causes the body to have insulin resistance. Many end up with kidney failures. </p>\n<p>Usually those who love to eat junk food would complement their food with soda which contains high amount of sugar. Sugar that is deadly would then spike up the glucose level in the blood and cause diabetes. </p>\n<p>Eating too much junk food can cause a person to be depressed in some extend due to too much preservative and artificial food additives that could disrupt the hormones in the body. What happens is that when the body's hormones haywire, it causes the body to slowly have a different reaction.
