One thing that is always being done is changing the reward pool that the former and the latter may grow in an equal rate in the market. There is a highest market cap of technology seem and sbd token that is distributed to the public. Those in charge of ensuring this moderate distribution have to ensure that they are evenly distributed and one doesn't grow over the other. Also, the reward pool also change's when the price of one is lower than the other and it is required that they both are highly priced. So, the reward pool has to change.</p><p>I hope this was helpful.
